30-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love your CarryWell bag. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@conthuc.fun with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected (within 2 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
Need a different color or style? Returns for exchange are processed the same way — we ship your replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items are always covered by our quality guarantee.
