Where We Ship
CarryWell ships to all 50 U.S. states, plus Puerto Rico and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is available at checkout for select destinations.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address on your order. You can also track your package anytime from the My Account page.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and item. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
